How long are shipping times?
Your MozzieGo items will ship within one to two business days of the order being placed and then it may take between 2-3 days to reach your doorstep. Due to COVID-19 restrictions some delivery delays are being experienced, so we ask for your patience at this time.
What’s your return policy?
We have a 30-day returns policy if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. You can contact us at info@mozziego.com for a full refund and we will send you the return address in order for you to return the product. Just tell us what went wrong, send a pic and we'll give you your money back in full.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you don't receive your MozzieGo item within the timeframe specified. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive your MozzieGo then please go ahead and do one of three things; recycle it, donate it or enjoy it.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order - if it's the wrong colour or it's defective or not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us at info@mozziego.com and we'll give you a refund. We'll send you a returns label to send the item back to us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not receive what you expected, just let us know and we'll send you a new one.
