Refund policy

Please make your selection carefully and ensure you have measured the dimensions right before you place your order as we are unable to accept products for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To ensure costs are low and the benefits are passed on to our customers we do not offer expedited shipping. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mozziego.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an Australian address where you can send the goods along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve investigated your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation of items in transit

Unfortunately once you place an order and it is shipped we cannot generate a refund while your order is in transit. All the above policies apply if you want to return the item after you have received it. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are unable to accept this product for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to let us know as soon as there is an issue. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
